Enter Product Details:
Product Name: Add the name of your product.
Product Description: Enter a detailed description of the product.
Product Data: Select the product type (Simple, Grouped, External/Affiliate, Variable) and enter details such as price, SKU, stock status, and shipping information.
Product Short Description: Add a brief description that appears on the product page.
Product Categories: Assign categories to your product.
Product Tags: Add tags to help customers find your product.
Product Image: Upload a main product image.
Product Gallery: Add additional images to showcase the product.
Click Publish to make the product live.
Managing Products
Go to Products > All Products.
Edit: Click on the product name or Edit to modify details.
Trash: To delete a product, click Trash.
Product Variations
Edit a Variable Product.
Go to the Variations Tab under Product Data.
Add Variations: Choose attributes (e.g., size, color) and set variation-specific prices, stock status, and images.
3. Managing Orders
Viewing and Managing Orders
Go to WooCommerce > Orders.
View Order Details: Click on an order number to view and edit order details.
Order Status: Update the status of an order (e.g., Processing, Completed, Cancelled).
Add Order Notes: Add notes to communicate with customers or track order progress.
Handling Refunds and Returns
Edit the Order: Click on the order you want to refund.
Refund Items: Under the Order Actions section, select Refund and enter the refund amount.
